YourTubie Passport ("the service") is a personal health management tool designed to help patients living with home enteral and parenteral nutrition in the UK to record, organise, and share their clinical information. The service is operated by the site owner ("we", "us").

Feed rates, volumes, and durations displayed on this service are those entered by you from your own prescription — we do not independently verify or validate clinical data.

3. Eligibility

By creating an account, you confirm that you are aged 16 or over, or that a parent or guardian is creating and managing the account on your behalf. You must provide accurate information when registering.

4. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your login with others. If you believe your account has been compromised, you should change your password immediately via Settings.

5. Your data

You own the health information you enter. We store it solely to provide the service back to you. We do not sell, share, or use your personal or health data for any commercial purpose. See our Privacy Policy for full details of how your data is handled.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use this service to enter false or misleading medical information, attempt to access other users' data, or interfere with the operation of the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
